I have terrible anxiety with dental work, but dr Karl Krauss let me make all the jokes I needed and was super fast and efficient. There was no pain during or after, and him and his team fully walked me through the correct things to do post removal, and didn’t care when I came back with more questions. It was such a good experience, I would pay him to put them back and remove them again!

I went in for my six month check up and received an awesome and very thorough cleaning!

It was a very pleasant visit.Dr. Casey did a great job placing my gold cap back on, and filing an upper tooth filling which might have caused the gold cap to fall out. I certainly will go back to him. I bought their insurance plan. Thank you Dr. Casey for making me feel relaxed & satisfied. I appreciate everything you did.

You had me write a review, but I know if it’s negative negative you’re not gonna put it on the Internet maybe if you had a few less people working there and you streamline the operation you could do what you promised people on the phone you’re gonna do instead of lying to them Have a great day to whoever is reading this and just know that you’re working for someone who doesn’t care about you they never have and they never will all they care about is money

I called Casey dental I was told one thing on the phone and the other one I came to the office. They told me my consultation was free and then they sent me a bill for $114. They promised to put in a temporary for me and when I went there, they wanted a $3000 deposit for all the work and would not just put a temporary in as they told me on the phone
They tell you when they on the phone and then when they get there everything changes I specifically told them I know I have decay. I just need a temporary because I’m going on a cruise and they told me no you have to give us $3000 towards your $6000 teeth we’re gonna make and then will make you a temporary, they don’t care about their patient care and they misrepresent their services over the phone and I contacted someone in the office. She told me she was going to take away the bill they sent me and I told her I was happy to pay for the bill and more I just wanted to temporary put in and she told me they wouldn’t do it , very bad service, broken temporary

I couldn't be happier with my recent and first appointment with Casey Dental. Dr. Casey was very professional and thorough about what our next steps should be. His staff, from the front desk to the assistants were all very personable and made me feel comfortable. I'm so happy my daughter referred me to them.

I was totally impressed by the facility. I have to speak to the doctor again because I have questions about his prognosis. I am not sure I need total mouth extractions from the oral surgeon. I also don’t feel I should have to wait until April 29 just for a consultation from the oral surgeon I need teeth in the meantime, I am a musician and have gigs every weekend. I cannot go out without teeth. If you are reading this, please schedule another consultation with the doctor for me.

Dr Jun Yi Low the best I have ever met.After visiting several dentist all saying I had bad case of sinus infection after several treatment of antibiotics I still had pain. DR LOW scaned sinus all clear discovered a cracked filling, tooth fixed no more pain or discomfort 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
